Return Policy

We want you to love your Anyway Air Cushion, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please review our return policy carefully.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if the product is unused, in original condition, and in it’s original packaging. Items must be free from stains, odors, or signs of wear.

Returns that do not meet these criteria may be subject to denial or a restocking fee.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, email us at support@anywayaircushion.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide you with a return shipping address and instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our end.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, notify us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos. We’ll offer a replacement or refund once the issue is verified.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the status. Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return was due to an error or defect.

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Used or damaged items not due to shipping
  • Custom or personalized orders

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please initiate a return and place a new order.
