We currently ship to addresses within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time, but we are working on expanding our service areas in the future.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking to update.
We offer standard shipping through trusted courier services. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Promotional free shipping may be available for qualifying orders during select periods.

Your cushion system will be securely packed in a drawstring travel bag inside a durable shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
