When I was working as a ramp agent for Horizon Airlines it gave me the opportunity to be able to travel to tropical beaches and resorts. When it came to lying face down at the pool or beach it was always uncomfortable. My neck would start to hurt and finding a comfortable position seemed impossible. Then the low back would also start to hurt. And looking around I would see others dealing with the same problem. In 2005 I became a Licensed Massage Therapist and found out that there is foam cushion systems designed for laying face down as if you are laying on a massage table. The problem who’s going to an extra suitcase full of cushions with them on vacation. So, I designed and patented an inflatable cushion system that gives the comfort of laying on a massage table with the added benefit of a gentle stretch (decompression) of the lower back at the same time relaxing the mid and upper back. So instead of just having ultimate comfort on vacation Anyway Air Cushion system has also become a therapeutic tool for dealing with sore and stiff back muscles.
